Joining – Forms and Policies

Thank you for your interest in joining Shrewsbury ASC. Firstly, we will need to arrange for you to have a trial swim so we can assess which of our squads will be most suitable for you to join. Please email Sue Porter, and she will liaise with the coaching team to arrange your trial. If you decide to join the club, the e-forms listed below will need to be completed to arrange your membership. Sue will email you all these links as well as arranging your Swim England membership.

All our membership forms have now been transformed into Google forms for online completion. These forms will drop into accounts which are password protected ensuring that only the person(s) who needs to access the information can do so.
