New training timetables are coming into operation from 3rd April 2017 for A,B1,B2 and C squads and from 24th April for Development Squad.

Shrewsbury ASC is pleased to announce their forthcoming Level 3 Autumn Open Meet to be held at Central Baths, Wolverhampton on 15/16 October 2016. The Meet Pack and Electronic Entry Files are now available. Entries accepted from Wednesday 15th June 2016.
The pools at the Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre will not be available on Wednesday 8th June, Tuesday 14th June and Wednesday 6th July due to schools galas.
This affects A’ squad evening pool sessions and the Development squad sessions on the above dates. Please note: All morning sessions and any sessions at Shrewsbury School will be on as usual.
Shrewsbury Amateur Swimming Club are holding a ‘Rosie’s Relay’ 24 hour swim to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation. The swim will be held in the Priory Pool at the Quarry, commence at 10.00am on Saturday 2nd January and finish at 10.00am on Sunday 3rd January.The pool time has been very kindly donated by The Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre
We need everyone’s help to make this event successful. As well as the club swimmers, from Development through to A squad, Masters swimmers and parents are welcome to have a turn at swimming. If you would like to help in other ways, we need Chaperones, Length Counters, Marshalls, Qualified Lifeguards, Cake makers etc.
Please see below for the consent forms for the swimmers, the sponsor forms and the ‘offer to help’ form. Please download, complete and return to the Coaches, Squad Reps or committee members as soon as possible so swimming slots and roles can be allocated in the next couple of weeks.
